As Spectrum Exhibition Managing Director, Azim Malek has played a major role in a number of large-scale exhibitions and events within the GCC, building solid experience in project management & operations, financial reporting, protocol liaison, site planning and venue coordination, logistics and personnel as well as contingency planning and management. He also possesses a strong flair for concept ideation, brand and spatial design, and immersive experiences. His broad skill set combined with his innate problem-solving abilities make him a formidable director on projects where the goalposts have a tendency to shift. He has also developed a long history of good working relationships with local suppliers which temper pricing negotiations and optimizing budget spend.
